It has runs for every level, from Bradul and Stadion to Lupului, and one ski pass for the whole area, 12 km from Brașov.
About the place
The resort's tourist information centre lists seven runs: Bradul and Stadion, easy, right in the resort; Sulinar and Drumul Roșu, intermediate, each about 2.8 km long; Lupului, Subteleferic and Kanzel, difficult. The lifts belong to the private operator Ana Teleferic, which works with Brașov City Hall, and one ski pass covers the whole area. A reservoir was built at Poiana Ruia in 2011 to supply the snow cannons.
The 2025–2026 season opened late, on 2 January 2026, because of warm weather, and the lifts stopped at the end of March. On 30 October 2026 the city council approved the tariffs for the 2026–2027 season, unchanged from last winter. On 7 November 2026 no opening date had been announced: it depends on snow and temperatures.
