About the place

The name comes from Hărman's old Latin name, Mons Mellis, 'Honey Mountain'. The bakery has worked with its own recipes since 2014: sourdough bread from spelt, einkorn, emmer and rye with sprouted grains, ciabatta, buns, biscuits, cakes and sourdough cozonac, plus a range of salt-free bread and sweets without added sugar.

Reviews praise the cheesecake, the tiramisu and the quick breakfast. The bakery also sells online with delivery across Romania and has franchises in Pitești, Botoșani and Craiova. It holds 4.7 on Google from 184 reviews.
